- ORAL CANDIDIASIS: Adult: As oral liquid: 200 mg daily in 1 or 2 divided doses held in the mouth for 20 sec before swallowing. Double the dose in resistant infections.

- PROPHYLAXIS OF SYSTEMIC FUNGAL INFECTIONS IN IMMUNOCOMPROMISED PATIENTS: Adult: As oral liquid: 5 mg/kg daily in 2 divided doses.
- TREATMENT OF OROPHARYNGEAL CANDIDIASIS: Adult: As capsules: 100 mg daily for 15 days.
- TREATMENT OF VULVOVAGINAL CANDIDIASIS: Adult: As capsules: 200 mg bid for 1 day.
- TREATMENT OF PITYRIASIS VERSICOLOR: Adult: As capsules: 200 mg daily for 7 days.
- TREATMENT OF TINEA CORPORIS AND TINEA CRURIS: Adult: As capsules: 100 mg daily for 15 days or 200 mg daily for 7 days.
- TREATMENT OF NAIL INFECTIONS: Adult:As capsules: 200 mg daily for 3 mth or pulse therapy with 200 mg bid for 7 days, repeated once for fingernail infections and twice for toenail infections at 21-day intervals.
- TREATMENT OF SYSTEMIC FUNGAL INFECTIONS: Adult: As capsules: 100-200 mg once daily, increased to 200 mg bid for invasive or disseminated infections.
- TREATMENT OF LIFE-THREATENING INFECTIONS: Adult:As capsules: 200 mg tid loading dose for 3 days.
- PRIMARY OR SECONDARY PROPHYLAXIS OF INFECTIONS IN NEUTROPENIC OR AIDS PATIENTS: Adult:As capsules: 200 mg daily increased to 200mg bid if necessary.
- TREATMENT OF TINEA PEDIS OR TINEA MANUUM: Adult: As capsules: 100 mg daily for 30 days or 200 mg bid for 7 days
